A long-time client dedicated to promoting the human-animal bond sought us to design and develop a new website based on other agencies’ UX research and a new brand identity. The project successfully stewarded the client to successfully incorporate their new visual brand and leverage the insights from the UX research. The website takes advantage of a new, simplified, user driven Information Architecture that reduces friction points and highlights human stories with a visually appealing, exciting design.. Project Manager

  • Led cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and contractors to ensure project milestones were met.
  • Coordinated communication between Client stakeholders, the UX Agency, the branding agency, and our project team to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Monitored project progress, budget, and resources, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly. Project ended 45% profitable

Information Architect

  • Conducted a thorough review of the existing website’s information architecture, identifying areas for improvement and restructuring the navigation hierarchy.
  • Created a new site map based on the findings of a site audit and the results of the UX research.

Technical Spec Writer

  • Collaborated with content managers and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and requirements for the content management system (CMS).
  • Translated those requirements into detailed functional specifications, outlining the features and capabilities the CMS should support.
  • Worked closely with the development team to ensure the CMS was customized to meet Pet Partners’ content management needs, including dynamic content integration and easy-to-use editing tools.

Functional Testing Lead

  • Developed a comprehensive testing strategy and test plans to ensure the website’s functionality and user experience met the desired standards.
  • Conducted thorough testing of the website’s features, including forms, navigation, and dynamic content elements, to identify and address any bugs or usability issues.
  • Collaborated with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues, ensuring a high-quality and seamless user experience.
