As a Web Strategist, I steered client & functional teams toward decisions based on user behavior data, user-centered design principles. I advocated for decisions that provided opportunity for user interactivity, dynamic content display, and low-effort on staff. The launched website breathes fresh life into the brand’s celestial, inspirational approach to philanthropic giving, while also providing a more stable and easier to manage system.
