A non-profit organization supporting individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, faced challenges due to internal technical changes. They partnered with Firefly Partners to understand the breadth of issues caused and solutions that resolved critical to ride problems. The underlying solution was a custom WordPress/Salesforce sync for dynamic participant engagement. Within this solution, we along with other organization partners developed several event critical solutions. Ours included a dynamic tenting survey accommodating 15+ user flows and a centralized participant dashboard. These solutions streamlined processes, improved participant engagement, and transformed the participant’s digital experience.

During discovery of the breadth of challenge, I partnered wtih our Inclusive Design Director to create User Flows for event critical scenarios combining traditional UX approach and later layering on the technical logic needed for execution.
